When the company came to 681 Group, they had limited visibility and lacked a cohesive identity, even though they had been very successful for several years. One of their main areas of concentration was partnering with not-for-profit groups and government agencies to provide low income housing opportunities, by either building from the ground up or remodeling foreclosed homes from roof to foundation.
681 Group was charged with elevating Allman Builders' stature by developing and exploiting all available marketing channels (both print, electronic, and social), promoting their broad-based contracting services, and most importantly, driving traffic to their selection of beautifully-remodeled homes for sale.
